Account Management
LJK provides a single point of contact for the performance of your account. Our
account managers are proactive in providing services to our clients and
building strong relationships with the people in each client’s organization.
Contract Negotiators
These are the people who turn lodging rates into a win-win situation. Our
contract negotiators have outstanding relationships with our hotel partners
including franchises, management companies and individual property owners. At
LJK, we keep our finger on the market’s pulse. We proactively monitor market
conditions and evaluate opportunities to reduce hotel expenses or
transportation costs. We do more than simply turn over a list of lodging or
hotel properties to our clients. We present options and work in a collaborative
manner to help our clients make the best decision about the ultimate hotel
choice. Our contract negotiators are equally skilled in securing favorable
transportation vendor agreements.
24/7 Reservation Center and Dispatch Center
Cheerful and friendly even at 3 a.m., our reservation staff is always available
to take care of any emergency, irregular operation or problem during hotel
check-in. Because we’re always available and accessible, our clients can feel
comfortable knowing their employees or contractors will be well cared for.
Processing and Accounting Staff
Behind the scenes, our processing and accounting staff ensures that all lodging
charges or transportation costs are accurately processed in a timely manner. If
there are any discrepancies, our staff resolves them before they appear on your
invoice.
IT Staff
While some clients have straightforward needs, our IT staff is skilled at
finding customized solutions for industry-specific or client-specific issues.
In addition to creating customized client solutions, our IT staff supports
LJK's technical infrastructure, creates
custom software applications and stays up to date through ongoing
professional training, in addition to field experience.
