• Manage the entire lodging or transportation process. From room guarantees and tax exemptions, to coordination of direct billing and an automated dispatch service, we take care of the entire process.
• Process and audit all transportation and hotel charges. A detailed audit includes validation of employee/guests, room rates, pick-up and drop off locations, taxes paid and owed, and duplicate billing. Better information translates into a more complete opportunity to review the entire process.
• Provide detailed invoices. At LJK, we can invoice electronically, by fax or mail. Our electronic invoices can import directly into your accounting systems. Invoice content and format can be customized, and typically includes a summary as well as detailed data grouped by employee type and department.
• Perform tax recovery. At LJK we not only save you money by monitoring current taxes - we recover back taxes and look ahead to save taxes.
